Shipping Policy

Our shipping information applies to physical merchandise purchased for United States delivery. We normally need around 1–2 business days to process an order. The expected shipping time after dispatch is 3–5 business days, subject to the carrier's progress rather than a guaranteed deadline.

Use checkout to confirm the services and charges for your destination, including whether free shipping is available. Accurate address, email and telephone details are the customer's responsibility. Some goods or address types cannot use every service, and destination restrictions may apply.

Tracking information is provided once available. A gap in scans does not necessarily mean a parcel is lost. Weekends, holidays, demand, weather and transport disruption may cause delays. If an order seems lost, has an unexplained delay, is recorded as delivered but is missing, or reaches you damaged, send us its number, checkout email and tracking number. For damage, keep the parcel materials and provide item and packaging photographs so the matter can be reviewed.
