Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are available for defective products and non-defective products. Submit your request no later than 30 days after the item arrives. To qualify, merchandise must be new, unused and in its original state, together with all original packaging, tags, supplied accessories and materials.

Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, individual preference and choosing the wrong product. We also handle reports of damage, defects, a wrong shipment, missing contents or a material difference from the description. Include your order number, the checkout email and details of the request. Product and packaging photos or video are needed when reporting damage, defects, a wrong item or missing contents.

Wait for our authorisation before returning anything by mail. Your package includes a free return label; there is no restocking fee. Exchanges can be arranged only according to available inventory. Once approved, a refund is processed back to the original payment method within 10 days, with any subsequent posting delay determined by the bank or payment service.
